Stephen is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a National Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a practitioner of Zen meditation of over 20 years. He is a graduate of Fordham University’s School of Social Service and is currently pursuing his MBA at Stony Brook University.

Together with her late husband Steve, Connirae Andreas founded Real People Press in the 1970s and published most of the important early NLP books. In 1979 they founded NLP Comprehensive, a major NLP Training Center in Colorado. She is the creator of Core Transformation.
